This site has been online for 2 years now. Absolutely no problems accrued on the site. By problems i mean, problems with members, problems with hosting company, etc. The site has mostly teenagers and young adults browsing it every day.
How much work is required to run the website?
Absolutely NOTHING!, read it again, There is NO work required at all. I was on vacation for the past 3 months and i have not logged on the site once to check how it was going, and when i got back, it was still running smoothly without any problems!
You do not need any special skills to run the site, although you can ask me for support whenever you want.
Why are you selling?
Well, i have been scammed for thousands of dollars and right now i do not have anything except this site to get myself back on tracks again. I do not want to sell the website as i enjoy working on the site, but due to financial reasons i am selling it.

It used to make $300-500 Per month when i was selling banners for $60/month. You can easily reach that amount by getting a few advertisers for webmaster forums.

Traffic comes by itself. There is no work required. Most of the members are returning visitors that browse the site often and regularly. The site is famous around the net so it gets traffic from various sites which brings good amount of members per day aswell.

There are download links on the site, does that cause any problems?
No. The site has been online for years and never had a problem. That is because we are not hosting the files ourself. The site just has links, like rapidshare or any other filehosts.

The price is not high or low. I have been a webmaster for years and a website like this is worth more but not less than what i am selling it for. You have a website that runs by itself. You have a database full of users and most of all, the content is 100% original.
