I'm selling an established, well known gay forum and gallery site. While the site may be considered of an adult nature, It'd get an 'R' rating at most - there's no nudity, sex, etc. It's a niche site, I don't know of anything else like it. I acquired it almost two years ago, and have built it from several hundred members to 15,000 registered users [for the gallery] and 3000 users [forum]. We have a paid section of the site where adult material is allowed, that currently costs $15 to join. This month, revenue from that part of the site brought in $175, with AdBrite earning us another $60 - revenue has only increased each month since I've been the owner. Here's the stats:

Hits Per Month: 1.2-1.5 million
Source of traffic: we have links at quite a few sites, alot of it is type ins, we're also listed well for some keywords in Yahoo, MSN, and Google.

Being a student, I don't have too much time to devote to this site, though I have helped it grow immensely. If one was to add affiliate links for some adult sites, you'd bring in good money on that alone. If you own other adult sites, posting links on this one is some of the best advertising you can get. Also, the site is one of a kind - many others have tried to copy our idea, but it's a niche that we pretty much dominate. If you'd like any more information, please PM me.
