I sold several names via Escrow.com, all transaction closed, but payments no received.
After each transaction I received the same email from Escrow:

"Hello,

Escrow.com has been contacted by the OFAC regarding the funds being sent to you by wire transfer for this transaction.

The OFAC is the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States, a division of the US Department of Treasury. The OFAC administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions based on US foreign policy and national security.

Escrow.com has been instructed by the OFAC to obtain the following additional details regarding this wire before it can be processed. Please reply with the following:

Full and complete address, including city and country, as well as evidence translated in English supporting the location if available for XXX XXX

Please povide this information in a timely manner so that we can release funds to you as soon as possible.

Thank you!"

After my replies with full data, Escrow support never respond. I have been waiting for 3 transaction payments and another 1 in process.

I would be grateful for any help!
Regards,
Vitaliy
