Escrow.com Paypal payment still not approved after a week of waiting!

7 days to approve a Paypal payment and it's still not approved. They say their finance team has to look into it but can't give me anymore details because of their privacy policy. So, they can't give me the details about my transaction because of a privacy policy of the buyer. If they could give me some details I could probably help the buyer get the transaction approved.

This is ridiculous!

Escrow.com, why accept Paypal if it's such a mission to complete a transaction?
