Please appraise ePokedex.com

Pokedex is the most basic gadget for pokemon trainers.
It is the thing that shows info about every pokemon.

There are several apps and websites using the name Pokedex for years and nothing happened.

When I bought the domain I searched for any trademark violations , and as I saw the trademarked word is Pokédex and not Pokedex.
I dont know the law about the spelling of a trademark and how it works
If it is illegal I will drop it anyway

Not legal advice (so seek an attorney): but I think that if the likeness is too close to the TM name, then it's the same as violating the trademark. Like Youutube or Mlcrosoft.

Pokédex vs Pokedex means nothing - they have a TM on it and the accent doesn't change that (even word variations are often considered infringing). You definitely would be infringing upon their TM, no question. Whether or not they would pursue it or someone would still buy it is another question. However, I would never invest in a domain that they could UDRP at anytime and sue me for damages. A lot of buyers would avoid this domain due to that and reduce the demand. You may be able to sell it to a developer who doesn't care about TMs, but its going to be hard to find a serious buyer with money who doesn't. I value it at NP $regfee....

Invest in a domain with a generic tm so no urdrp, like bestbuy

What's the reason to invest in a mini-life boom? And tm of course.Stay away from these types of names and stick to .com.
