With this whole craziness with Pokemons I was thinking what name could be registered without using trademark. As Pokemon means Pocket Monster I couldn't resist with registration of one domain with this name. Maybe 'PocketMonster' could be alternative for those who does not want to use trademark. Not sure however if this name is recognizable by Pokemon fans. How do you think? Does it represent any value?

Hmm, not sure if TM issues still or not - do they have "Pocket Monsters" TMd?

That aside, how would it be used? If someone was going to do something similar, they would surely have their own brand or catchy name for it?

Right. Checked "pocket monster" while registering "pocket monsters". Basic mistake.
