There is issue with EPIK after trying to log-in. All the time the following error appearing: "We are sorry... An internal server error has occurred"

Issue need to be fix ASASP!

Just a note that this was an unfun bug, but it was just a bug. Our backend authentication system wasn't responding properly, and, as these things happen, it started in the middle of the night. But we did push an engineer out of bed who could diagnose it and get it fixed, and we're looking at a more robust fix to keep it from happening again.

And while I'm here being open (grin), we did find that we're not happy with our escalation tree for such things when most people are out of the office, and we're putting together a better plan.

We've updated our main login system and are now doing some serious testing on it. It's no longer 100% "old Epik" code, thankfully. This is something that's not trivial, but is a high priority to get completed. Apologies for the delayed response here, I was on my family vacation Nov29-Dec12. We visited New Orleans and I don't want to admit how much I ate.
