Over $700 in last 5 months with just banner ads and links from our sponsors who email me to put their banners online. Never tried adsense, it would probably make a killing on adsense. I have made over $1,300 with this site in the past 10 months or so.

How To Run The Site:
I have 3 moderators, they clean up the site and add content nicely. Traffic and advertisers spike enormously when I hold a $60 rc plane contest. Just bought a plane on ebay, and told people to submit their pictures to win.

PageRank:
Site is a PR2, with a projected PR3 next update. Tons of traffic and repeat traffic.

Google Stats:
We just had the site down for one week. But I assure you, for "rc hobby forum" we are on the first page on the bottom or the very top of the second page. It will return there shortly. Also, for "rc forum" we are on the 2nd - 3rd page. It's not there now due to last weeks downtime, i'm guessing. Usually comes back after a week or so. When I searched "AbusedRc Rc Forum" I got this from Google: 1-10 results of 3,160 for AbusedRc Rc Forum. Not bad..

Template:
Custom made from scratch template for the site. Templated phpbb which is heavily modified with over 200 phpbb hacks. Amazing looking site.

Reason For Selling:
Struggling college student. Need to purchase a vehicle to commute to school. Found something I would like to purchase, need to sell my sites.

I have added abusedrc linked on 100's of rc sites as well as other sites online to help us grow. Very tight community of loyal members with 100's upon 100's of posts each.

Tons of content, lots of features. Can be left as is, or modified to grow even larger.
