I just bought a .tv from enom.tv. I usually buy from GoDaddy but they said it wasn't available yet it was at enom.tv. Anyway, I found this text interesting on the order confirmation page:

They have also been holding premium domain registrations till "Q2" so I would guess that they are gearing up for a major marketing campaign in April.
Just a guess but maybe a price decrease to entice us to buy more .tv domains?
