I want to sign-up for domain reseller for my company, and I decide to choose one from this two name. Any suggestion, wich is better than other ? Or if you have another reseller service that better, please list that here for review.

Of those 2 I would prefer enom, I think directi would be a little cheaper but I prefer the enom control panel better. Godaddys wild west program is another one to look at which seems to be the easiest solution but may limit you as far as being custom in your design. Just compare the 3 and depending on what matters to you make your choice from there.

I just prefer the layout of enom more of a personal choice, you can sign up above under domain services for a free enom account and can also sign up for a free account at godaddy and directi and just take a look at the features of control panel and then compare pricing of their reseller options and make your decision from there.

What is your companies main business? Will you be doing the domain registration yourself? Will you be coding to the API? Will the client need access to the domain registrar directly etc.. these types of questions are what hellp determine which is the better fit for you. One is not clearly better then the other, they fit different needs.

for now as a new one, i saw using reseller api is easier , we'll receive direct selling from website or manual registration by myself.
I think it's better if the client have access to manage their dns
And other think, i don't know more as i'm newbie in this kind of business

There are other choices for Resellers besides these two
Depends on your needs and Price range
Plus You can get several reseller Agreements for free from some Registrars.
I got My Directi Reseller account For free , don't like it though ,their Service Is Lousy I now buy my Indian Domains from elsewhere.
