Enom hosting problem - Help appreciated!

Hi guys.

I have a website hosted on enom. I have foolishly messed things up and I haven't a clue what I did!

Now my sites won't work.

On my enom control panel the settings show (on the host records setup page):

HOSTNAME RECORD TYPE ADDRESS

1) www CNAME (alias)
2) @ (none) CNAME (alias) www.mydomain.tv
3) pop CNAME (alias) mail-02.name-services.com
4) smtp CNAME (alias) mail-02.name-services.com
5) webmail CNAME (alias) mail-02.name-services.com


Nothing else is filled in. Can any of you wonderful people help me out and see what's wrong?
