Hi there. Tried posting elsewhere but didn't get a response. :(

Any of you guys get your sites hosted at enom? Thing is, I was trying to get a site back up and by mistake I changed some settings in the host records page. Now I can't any sites to work that are hosted on that domain.

Here are my settings - I am sure there is something wrong here:

HOSTNAME--------------RECORD TYPE---------ADDRESS

1)--------www ----------------CNAME (alias)------------------
2)---------@ (none)-----------CNAME (alias)-------www.mydomain.tv

Can anyone tell how the settings should look? Or alternatively, perhaps you could tell me how to get in touch with enom support. I have been looking on their site for 2 hours and can't see anything that can put me in touch with a human!

Please help,

Many thanks.

Thanks alot dude but that looks complicated and doesn't really resemble what I'm looking at on the enom host record setup page!

Man this is difficult - I've tried everything. :(

And there's seemingly no way of contacting them either.

enom's hosting .tv so you don't need to touch anything from there.
you can either admin it in me.tv directly not unless youre transferring to magnify.net which is another story.
let me take a look at it for you, that is if you want.

Thanks dude, it's not a channelme site though.

Was just a normal site with hosting I had bought and set up myself. I just altered something in the 'record type' column i think. Maybe I have to put an ip address in there.

Anyway, i have found out how to contact them and have sent a trouble ticket. It might be that I need you to look at it for me, in which case I would obviously pay you for your trouble. I will see what they say first.

Many thanks.

Actually, you shouldn't be changing any of that. You should only have to change your dns records.

Clear out all of that and then repoint your dns to your hosting nameservers.
