Enom Domain Drop Question

I came across a name that is reg'd through Enom and is currenlty in RedemptionPeriod. When I check it out through Enom, it says in the main section that you can backorder it but in a section directly below "Also Available for Registration" it says it's available.

My questions are: is it possible to grab it before it drops from Enom? And, what's up with the 34.99 registration for .com's?
