In Enom's TOS of it is Clubdrop Service, it says:
I can understand that there are many issues may lead failed of the service, but I am not sure what is the right meaning for the last sentence:
You agree that you will not hold eNom, Inc. responsible for any failed attempt to obtain a domain name and that all fees charged in relation to the Club Drop service are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstance and regardless of the outcome for you.
Could you give me more ideas about "all fees charged in relation to the Club Drop service are non-refundable" ? All Fees includes what?
In another word, If I raised $1000 bid for a domain, but Enom failed to get this Domain for whatever reasons, Would Enom charge me $1000 and claim that it is non-refundable?
Thanks a lot!
