Clubdrop problem

Two weeks ago, I set a domain name under ClubDrop search and alert...on the day that the domain was expired, my account was charged for 30points and the reg fee. I did not even bid, I just place it on my watch list...

I have submitted a ticket to Enom two days ago and now I have not recieve any replies...

Anyone has past experience in such cases?
