I need a enom reseller account . Even a 8.95 one will work . I already have a account that is not a reseller. Can I change that. I see alot of people offer free acounts like this but can I get one and use my existing ID

It is possible for the eNom sales department to upgrade an ETP retail account to a reseller account. ([email protected])

Otherwise, your parent reseller account is able to upgrade sub-accounts from retail to reseller accounts. You can contact them about it.
