End User Invoice & Domain Sale agreement

I need some help here. I was contacted by an enduser who wants to buy a name from me. He wants me to provide a sale agreement and an invoice. Is there a template i could use for this? I have no idea how to draft such docs.

I use Google Docs.

It's free.

You do need to sign in with a Gmail ID so get one if you don't have one.
