domain End user inquiring about a "city"lawfirm.com domain

Your opinions would be appreciated. I have a respected law firm "end user" in a city of about 100,000 people inquiring about my domain "city"lawfirm.com. Does anyone have an opinion on the value. I have been thinking $1,000.00. Is this to high? to low?
