With brandables like Google or Facebook etc, you cannot have the same on .tv and sell it to these companies. Otherwise it's acting on bad faith.
My question is, how many other companies using a generic keyword must there be for you to be able to legally contact the .com owner of the same word, telling them that its .tv is "for sale" ? Is there a minimum ?
And do these other companies have to have the exact same word registered / trademarked (no more no less, not in a phrase etc) ? Hope that makes sense
