Encirca Hosting...Have to Use?

I obtained several .Pro Domain Names using Encirca as the Registrar.
I assume the Names are Parked with Encirca.
I would like to develop at least one of them
but
I don't particularly like the Encirca Hosting Plans and fees etc.
Can I use another Hosting Company to develop the Web Site
without transfering the Domain Name to that new Company?

Encirca provides plenary DNS services and the like at no additional cost. You will have no problem maintaining your registration with Encirca, while hosting elsewhere. Let me know if I can be of further assistance as I have been an Encirca customer for several years. Cheers...
