I have many articles relating to business and econimics. I am thinking of creating a blog.
please give me opinion on which name will be good?
I have a domain Learnbusinessonline, com. Is this name okay for development or I should try some other shorter brandables.
I have written tons of articles on business but confused on what name to choose.
please suggest.

Too long, short brandable better choice.
Good luck.

Doesn't matter much. As long as you fill it with great content and links from/to relevant and reputable sources - you are absolutely ok with whichever domain you choose, especially as we are talking about blogs, which would be expected to be full of written material. ;)

I'm on the fence about this one as there's pros and cons to both. The keywords fit really well and would be good from an SEO point of view but it doesn't really roll off the tongue for me. If you want to create an identity go for a brandable but if you just want to be a resource then go with the domain you have as it does what it says on the tin, which is what you want to reflect to your users.

Well is a domain that contains a desirable keyword phrase that people might be searching for on the search engines. So examples would be things like lawyer dubai.ae, or perhaps accounting in London.com, the types of phrases that maybe your prospects are using to search for what you do online.

Blogs work well on brandables. It's just more work to promote them in the beginning before they start getting natural traffic.

If I am looking for business, I would go with the brandable names. :)

My vote is for brandable. You can limit yourself to a narrow subject field with the exact match name. You never know what the future holds for your blog and you may come to a point where you want to cover other material that doesn't jive with the EMD. If, however, you know you'll always be writing about the same subject then the keyword would be fine.
That being said, I don't have near as much time in the biz as many of the other members on here so i could be wrong.
Just My 1.5 cents.

I read all the time that emd don't help seo anymore (and the contrary might be true as an emd tends to increase the number of exact match anchor texts)

As a reader, I am more and more suspicious about emd. Usually, they don't have much authority and I have a negative apriori against them (even though some have excellent content).

So I'd vote for a brandable domain.
