question Email price enquiry and follow up

When you receive an email asking how much are you selling the domain for do you respond with just the price or the price and the reason why your selling at that price ?

Once you have replied to that email how long do you leave it before following up if you haven’t got a response ?

majority of times, when an inquirer asks how much, i'll ask them to make an offer.

and i will forget about it, until or unless they reply.
