Answer

Because prices are based on United States Dollar (USD) instead of the British Pound to make cheaper pricing.
At the time I made that post Google's Currency checker [convert $2] [convert $3] says that $3 it's £1.68.... so I just rounded it up because rates change constantly and I don't want to be prices stated cheaper than the actual cost..

The two packages have a few pence difference in price and both land inbetween £1 and £2. I was just trying to be accurate.
