Due to progression into University studies, I no longer have time to spend on maintaining this business. Therefore I am looking for a serious buyer who wants to profit from the already booming ECig industry.
What we are offering as part of a complete buy-out of our brand and assets/Facebook/twitter page (designed stock included) is summarised below:
1 - WEBSITE - www.Shishafy.com
The first part of our offer is our Bespoke designed website which has a very modern and dynamic interface, which also comes with all of the banner graphics/logos/label designs etc. The website also comes with a very easy to use admin control panel from which you can edit the website. The website is top of the range, with a beautiful modern design and our very own designed banners/images included (with all design/graphics/admin panel included) including professional design and code from a web-design agency.
2 - WEB RELATED (DOMAINS)
I myself happened to register the official eShishaPens names all over the internet so nobody could steal it. We have it registered on Twitter/Facebook and the domain itself eShishaPens.com - For you we will also include additional ecig/shishapen related domain names which can help divert customers to the website and make it as successful as it was for us (they include ishishapens.com/shishafy.com/shishafy.co.uk/ishishapens.co.uk/eshishapens.com).
3 - SOCIAL MEDIA
A major contributing factor to our success has been our Facebook page which has the best SEO registered address out of all shisha pen distributors. www.Facebook.com/eShishaPens - with over 2.2K likes from all over the world, the Facebook page has helped us become a world renowned brand. We received orders as local as Birmingham, overseas UK countries like Ireland and shisha pens to the United States were also sold. You can't even put a price on valuable social media assets like our Facebook page/twitter account @eShishaPens - companies are made and established on the internet using their social presence. We will include the FB page/Twitter pages.
4 - STOCK
In the sale we will also include our very own designed shisha pen sets inspired by our very own brand 'Shishafy'. The very best and latest 1100 mAH batteries with the most optimum CE5 atomizers have given or customers the experience they wanted, which resulted in return custom from them. We currently have a little over 100 sets remaining, including a mix of six stunning colours (purple/red/black/silver/blue/pink). EACH set comes with a USB charger, and a coloured matching case along with the shisha pen of course.
Regarding flavours/ELIQUIDS, we have around 500+ remaining, which come in a variation of nicotine strengths and in over 15 different delicious flavours (more can be seen on our website shishafy.com/e-liquid) - the stock altogether including design charges/delivery/tax cost us between £3-4k.
5 - OUR BRAND
it is very important to point out that you will not only be buying our assets, but our brand. An image that we strived hard to make a success and that, today is a very profitable asset which if maintained successfully by yourself will become a very profitable investment. If you do not want the stock included the price is: $4,000USD.
