Hello,
I am selling eFavela.com it was initially developed for Latin music but also contains news and articles on other music genres. The news is grabbed from RSS feeds and some articles written by members, so there is not much work to be done.
The site has a beautiful unique design which has been coded into WordPress, I also have another color variant of the site but it's not coded into WordPress. It also comes with the PSD. There is a few design alignment errors on the WordPress coding which can be easily fixed with a bit of HTML/WordPress knowledge. Also the WordPress isn't widget ready, its been hard-coded, although this could easily be made widget ready. The site also comes with a unique logo which was professionally developed.
The site has steadily been growing in traffic over the last 6 months, and in this month we have received 1392 unique visitors, I haven't done any paid marketing at all. We also have a Twitter account which has 251 followers (http://twitter.com/eFavela), post automatically get posted to Twitter. The site isn't making much money and in the 6 months has made £14.05 which is around $30.
The design and coding alone cost me $200, but I am willing to consider any generous offers as I am need of the cash.
