Your Daddy is looking to buy high PR domains with an education theme or tangentially related to education.
Here is the criteria:
1. Education oriented or related, must have link popularity, especially incoming links from .EDU websites
2. .COM/ .NET/ .ORG ONLY
3. DMOZ and Yahoo listed sites a plus
4. Must be priced. Cheaper prices mean faster sales.
