I actually put up a first page on each of them as for now. I prefer to develop them rather than selling it. I have never emailed anyone to offer any of my domains. I always have development plan for majority of my domains and all my sales were direct contact from all the buyers.

IMO, college education right now is incredibly flawed both in the way students pay for it and the way in which it is taught. No offense to anyone with an arts degree (I have one) but, many are quickly discovering majoring in Latin, religious studies, philosophy or art history is not going to lead to a job opportunity as quickly as discovered. As a result, I see a major overhaul in the next 5 - 10 years.

It is my belief that employers are looking for more marketable skills, tangible skills like programming, running a software program, writing content, calculations, knowledge of hardware, ability to operate a machine, etc. Thus, I believe domain names that cater to specific learning will be highly useful.

I'm noticing that online learning is still very popular and caters to a growing niche. Another idea could include alternative education, in the form of video series and internships, instead of lecture halls.
