.swf -> .gif?

Hi. is there a [free] program that allows me to convert flash .swf files to .gif files? I have published the flash file as gif, but it is bad quality (even with 255 colors).

hmm... i think it is ok as a large banner!

Thanks all, I really wanted to have 3 images fade into each other but not make people wait too long for them to load, but obviouslly that can't be done!
