I like it because I love "Eco" and "Green" domains.

There is adsense money in developing domain(s) such as these but most sites are typically informational unless your selling actually green or earth friendly products.

It is a great domain for preservation, eco-living, etc, etc.

Needs development, but the good news there is growing interest in this niche, I would dev it, and/or hold on to it for a little while.

Hard to give you an appraisal on this one but I (as an end user) would probably consider paying high $XX to low $XXX for it.

I think it will definitely increase in value within the next year or two. As manic pointed out, eco and preservation are great keywords, and are only getting stronger. Go Green, Organic, All Natural, Eco, Ecosystem, etc. are all very popular. Nice name.

I agree and will go as far to say that right now the domain may only be worth mid to high $xx but with some development or perhaps with time it will only go up in value.

Eco domains are very valuable and future belongs to them, under this thoughts i believe you registered a very nice domain that value will increase more quickly than others as time passes.

I m also registering more eco and geo domains as i feel things are moving pretty fast on these.

Price for now is about $50-$100, undeveloped
