Been advised to develop as a site relating to Marina Del Rey in California for all the yachtsmen and boating companies as well as cell phone charter boats, sales, cruises, and include nautical charting for GPS.
Although I think this would be ideal for this domain name I unfortunately don't have time at the moment to research and develop.

Delray beach Florida is a great place ... Lots of Money there. i would develop and promote it as a resource for all the good stuff there . lots of trendy folks with web enabled phones there and crazy investor types too that would buy it if you got traffic or just had a good site idea. :imho:
