Probably reg fee material since the io market is just in the beginning and anything besides strong one word is not having much value. This might change in the future. Good luck.

I would bet on eshopping to have highest potential.

.io domains are not widely used, but there actually exist some developed .io domains, primarily tech startups and open source projects. Overall .io domains do not have much general interest to the reseller market. On top of that the renewal fees are quite hefty making it expensive to hold these domain for a longer period of time.
