I am interested in your appraisal value of ebookkeeper.org (a complete developed website.) I also own ebookkeeper.net and plan on selling that with the ebookkeeper.org site.
I am currently trying to sell the site so it would help me greatly to get some good feedback on value.

Purpose: The site is a niche Accounting and Bookkeeping resource center. Everything from directories, articles, and free tools (ALL ORGINAL BY THE WAY). Employers, Job Seekers, Professional Accountants, and Small Businesses use the site.
1,200 - 1,400 visitors per month (17,000 per year)
$80 - $100 average revenue per month ($1,100 per year) This is with no advertising like on adsense.
$7 Cost per month for hosting ($85 per year)
