No one has any advice on this one? Do I have this in the wrong forum?

I recall reading somewhere that you can value a business by how much it makes in a year. Would that be a fair assessment? So if I make $600/mo on average (more than this is more common), then it would be valued at $7200. Is it common for an online business as specialized as mine to be able to sell to someone online?

Or should I look at other avenues. And what other avenues are there?

What's the domain, business name, and eBook name? Is the eBook old and outdated?
