Ebay invoice or PayPal

Does anybody know if UK tax authorities will accept an ebay invoice or paypal invoice as proof of purchase by an UK LTD Company.

I have a customer that is an UK LTD Company and they asked for an invoice for the names i am about to sell them. Can i send them an ebay invoice or evan a paypal request?

I'm sure you can send them any invoice. You could even create an invoice with Microsofe Word as well.
