Dropcatch.com invoice

Hello,

Dropcatch.com refuses to make me an invoice for my domain.
They say by mail "DropCatch only provides receipts as located within your DropCatch Account.".

Is-it legal for a company ?
I need an invoice, not a receipt !

This thread was opened in 2017. Now it's 2023.

Looks like you can finally download proper invoices from DropCatch.

First, you need to open the Account Info section (click on your username - then Account Info).

Then "Edit account information".

Look for this section: invoice address. Enter your company name, address, tax / VAT number (if any) there, or any other billing details. Save it.

Then open the purchase receipts: click on your username, then choose "Purchase Receipts". Click on a receipt. Click on "Generate Invoice PDF". Wait for a few seconds, then you will be able to download the tax invoice in PDF format.

The only problem is that the issuer of the invoice is Dropcatch.com. But it is just a domain name, not a legal entity. They should have displayed a proper company name here as the issuer. But anyway, still better than the old "receipts".

You cannot download to much invoices or you will get blocked...
