Earnings/Click question

I have been testing out parking domains and not really putting a lot of money in to it because I'm testing right now. I do wonder though what earnings/click really means because I see a click and under earnings/click I see $30.26 and yet my earnings for that click is .30. My question is, is the $30.26 the actual cost per click that someone paid and then it is split between the parking company and say google and all I get is the .30 out of that?
