:'( I have a problem with my domain where whenever I send out emails it end up as junk/spam mail in gmail, yahoo mail, hotmail, and colleges mail.

My company domain is "brandit.com.my" it is on a shared webhosting.

I have asked my clients/friends to "mark" my e-mails to them not as spam, but if I use another account to send mail to them it still end up as junk mails.

Scenario
======
1) [email protected] sends mail to [email protected]
2) [email protected] receives it as junk mail.
3) abc mark it as not junk/spam, In future mails from [email protected] goes into abc's inbox.
3) [email protected] sends email to [email protected], and it ends up in abc's junk/spam mail folder.

How to solve this problem where whenever a user of @brandit.com.my sends email, and it will not end up in the recipient's junk/spam mail ?

your IP is black listed you need to get it removed something you really need the admin of the server to do

EDIT: i take that back the first lookup showed your IP as in around 6 blacklists but all others showed you as on none

The three things that can usually cause this are.

IP blacklisted in spam databases.
No SPF record
No reverse DNS for your mail server IP.

I can see all these are right. That is strang that you are still having this issue.
Did you contact your host regarding this?

If your domain is not blacklisted then you need to contact your host. If your host doesn't fix it then just change web hosts. There are lots of web hosting companies out there that have perfectly clean IPs.

The whole bunch of IP adrecess might be banned or blackilisted. Try to move to dedicated IP to understand what going on.

you need to get your very own ip address to avoid this since spam are being blocked/banned via ip address and each admin are responsible for sets of ip addresses.

if one client hosted on that shared hosting by sending out unsolicited email, all of you hosted on that ip suffers the consequences of being blocked and having your email end up in spam folders.

Ask your host to register a spf record. SPF record should solve your problem if your domain isn't blacklisted in spam database.

I can see his domain already has a SPF record. So that is not the issue.
Did you contact your host regarding this? Ask them and lets see what they have to tell about it.

I did contact my host regarding this matter, and his solution was "ask your recipients to add u in white list"

or rent a static/dedicated ip address for your site which will earn your hosting provider extra moolah

That is not a good way to handle it. If mails are really important for you, you may need to think about changing your host. Or when you send some one an email, call them and ask them to check the bulkmail too.

Moreover there are a lot of web hosting companies that offer only email services. Say SiberName.com offers personalized email hosting, HostCats.com has email hosting in their package plans and Swishmail.com provides the same services. Reputable companies with feature-rich solutions.

I think that web hosting provider have to be interested in that also.
As rule which first time signing up for web hosting are on free email services. They use hotmail, gmail etc emails for signing up with web hosting provider.
Web hosting provider send newsletters. And in case of blacklisted IPs it might be problem for provider to contact current customes.

thanks for all the helpful feedback and suggestion.
I have asked my web-hosting to move my website host into another server, where some sites said that it might work.

will need a couple of days to test it out and I'll feed back here.
