dyned.com SCAMMED my domain..!

hi guys

i owned dyned.org from 2008 February and that day it is belonged to me.
and i registered it to 2010 February.
but now i realised that from 8 May 2009 dyned.com owned my domain.

how can they scam my domain..
how can they get my domain from any permission allowed...
how can they scam me..
who can allow them to scam me..
i m the owner of dyned.org but no-one asks me anything..
is this world a SCAMMER world ?

i want an explanation..

i renewed it on 19 Feb 2009 and still seen in my panel..
i have all details..

it cant be expired , never dropped and never forgotten..

New Reg Creation Date: 2009-05-08, and if you did own it, maybe the renewal had a glitch! it dropped and someone else purchased it, their is no scam involved in this, other then your registrar screwing you on renewal!

If you've got all the e-mail receipts for your renewal, send them to the registrar and explain the situation. I don't know if it's too late for anything to be done.

This will be especially difficult given that "Dyned" is a trademark owned by the folks at Dyned.com anyway. I think you'd have a tough time retrieving it at this point.

As you can see the above status says it is Pending Delete. On what date did you renew the domain name? It appears to have expired and been freshly registered (as noted above).

There is no Scam involved. However, if you did in fact pay for a renewal, I suggest contacting your former registrar OnlineNic and demanding accountability for the loss. However, I would check your old receipts to make sure you did in fact pay for the renewal of this domain name.
