Duplicated Domain Name

Hi guys. I bought some days ago a domain name, the registrar confirmation came immediately and the activation also. I parked it at Sedo, as all my other domains. It has .al extension, and sometimes it needs some days more than normal extensions for the owner verification.

It happened today, that i was going to see around sedo, and saw my domain name having two offers, but with another owner. Not me. At Sedo the owner verification it's not completed. And the registrar has given me full access as owner. I want to say also, that this domain was an expired domain name.

What is your opinion? Is this normal? What do i have to do as a next step?

Someone else owned this name, had it listed at Sedo and probably received two offers for it in the past.

Its kinda normal, once the verification completed they'll list the name in your account and delete it from the previous owner.

This is definitely good to know. I was no aware something like this actually happens. At least this shows that there are people interested in this name and it does have potential to sell. Of course a lot more factors go into determining the value of a domain and chances of making a sale but definitely that is a positive sign.

Hi Loredan, thank you for your relpy. It is the 7th day today, since i own the domain. And the situation is almost the same. I feel a little bit worried about this situation, and i kinda don't understand how can this happen. I mean, how can someone own a domain, he has two offers on int, than he drops the domain, and let me buy it. Anyway, will wait some more days, and i will be back to tell here what happens with this kind of situations.
