domain DubaiSafariPark.com -Million dollar domain

So Dubai is making one of the largest Safari Park in the world which is about to open in early 2016 an they named it Dubai Safari park and i own Dubaisafaripark.com

Please appraise how much this domain worth? is it a million dollar domain?

No actually i didn't regd this domain with a intention to sell them i mentioned earlier as well i came to know about this project few days after registering this domain and now there is no official proof that they going to name it DubaiSafariPark. Its just in google and their local magazines. Its a Dubai Municipality project and in their website its showing as Safari Dubai.

Let me clarify, your intention to reg the domain was not in bad faith. But selling it is in bad faith. As you can't prove that you are genuinely making use of the domain by creating a unrelated website.

Study URDP and WIPO cases, you'll understand why this is a mistake.

I think you right, just domain name just being used for online search and the like is not qualify for TM.

If I were you, I would donate that TDN to them. This if they want it. You don't have the used for it.

I got my 1st computer in 2006 and came to know about domain investment in 2014 so lot to learn .

No, you don't need to delete, and I don't think it can even be done anyway.

You will be fine if you just stay away from the park owners/creators/holder/whatever they are and don't trying to sell it to them. Find someone else that has a use for it and get rid of the potential headache. Right now the worst case is that it might get taken from you down the road.

You can grace delete domain from a lot of registrars within a certain amount of time, Godaddy is one of them, they will just credit you to buy another name from them
