domain Brandable keyword for Dubai

I got a brandable keyword for dubai. It's in .com

That keyword is taken with every another keywords, but not with dubai+it.

But I never see DN sales about dubai ...aren't dubai + keyword.com golden DN ?


Please let me know ...

And plus

How much domains like as-9.com worth?

It does not work like that!! you tell the domain first and we tell the price...
It's really hard to guess the domain and the price...
