DRT problem

Hi guys,

im having a probem with DRT these days. for the past week, when i open DRT, it comes up with the auto-updater and when it says im all up-to-date, it closes so i cant get onto it

any ideas on how to change this?

I have the same problem since I installed it on Vista.

I can`t update , if I say yes , the software crashes.

i have not used DRT personally, but i think the solution could be to not update the software atall

oh yeah I`m able to use it by denying the update but hell I paid for it.

why not open some support ticket or something? with the kind of prices they have they should be able to help u out

how do you cancel the updates? i cant even get on to the software to change it so can i change it without getting on to it? how did you change it Lorenzo?

everytime I open it , Vista shows the annoying protection message and I choose CANCEL so the update does not run. Then DRT will show an error message , you close that error and DRT will work.

just download the new DRT autoinstall file from their website. uninstall the old one from your computer and install the new DRT software.
don't activate yet, wait till it autoupdates and manually put your activation key after.
i had the same problem too, but this worked for me.

Italiandragon, i did that with xp pro, i don't use vista. sorry if i can not help with vista issues.
