.tv Dropping names

There's a certain .tv name that's about to drop that's currently in Pending Delete stage. That means that it sould be dropping in a few days. It could potentially be classified as a premium renewal if Enom picks it up.

My question is, what is the likelyhood of picking it up after it gets dropped? Does anyone know what time of the day .tv names drop? Also, if a name expires on a certain date, how many days before it actually gets dropped & is available to register?

as far as i know usually all the names drop anytime between 11am and 2pm PST.

And also once the name has status of "PendingDelete",domain would be dropping on 6th day. It remains in "PendingDelete" status for 5 days.

So in that case you should look at the update date and count 5 days including the update date to get the exact date when it will be dropping. And on that day keeping checking the name between 11am & 2pm pacific standard time.

This is my understanding based on what i read. Any opinion, expert comments are welcome. i hope this helps.

if any name can be made premium after it drops, wouldnt it make sense for anyone looking at names close to expiration to try and buy it from the seller? granted hey may ask more, but renewal would remain the same if the name never dropped, right? who knows what crazy price verisign could put on it-

60 days from expiration date, plus 5-6 days.

If a name is not premium, most likely you can pick it off with a program before enom thinks twice, providing others arent thinking the same thing about the same name... Where is it expiring, if its at godaddy then its going to auciton. If its at enom then you can grab it.

Hope you have a program. If not, I found one here at NP for free that works with enom. PM me :)

What program would that be, is that a custom made one you made or is it freely available for anyone? If so, can you PM me the details
