DropCatch Payment Error!!

Hi everyone, I could not make a payment in dropcatch either with my credit card or paypal. what is the problem?
I deleted all browsing data, changed the browser then the IP address, I tried with my phone, but no avail.
I contacted their support but no answer.
I can't even login to my NameBright account to add funds!

Well the answer isn’t here as we don’t run NameBright and it is a weekend. How long since you won?

Normally the system autopays with your payment on file if you don’t pay within like 12 hours.

If your account is super new you might have to verify your ID.

I won yesterday at 3 pm ET.
The payment is still not processed.
