Hello everyone,
I bought a domain name via DropCatch on Thursday 27 March using a pending order that was being deleted.
It says "Winner". I immediately paid for my $59 basket by credit card, but nothing has happened since.
No debit from my bank account. However, it does say "purchased" and an invoice has been issued in my DropCatch account.
I've created my NameBright account, but I don't see any domain names in my space.
I see that my name is registered in the Who is with a Dropcatch/Namebright registry.
I've emailed DropCatch and Name Bright support, but so far there's been no response.
I'm very worried, especially when I read everywhere that DropCatch and Namebright are identity theft scams.
Has anyone ever used their services and can confirm that there's no risk of identity theft with them?
Has anyone ever encountered this situation and how to get out of it?

They are represented on namepros, but it seems they haven't been here for a while.
Many members on this forum use them, hopefully one will comment.

Try logging into NameBright using the same username and password you use for DropCatch, the domain should be there.
Try this https://legacy.namebright.com/

To the best of my knowledge, DropCatch automatically creates a NameBright account for you to receive and manage domains you win.
If you've already tried this and it didn’t work, just wait to hear back from them.

Thank you very much for your responses. In fact, I discovered thank to your message that's a problem between the different version of namebright website. On legacy.namebright, i can see my domain but not on the new version my.namebright. And it was finally paid from my bank tonight.
