Dropcatch and Namebright are scam ?

I cant log in to my account despite reseting my password
I used dropcatch and I fully finished my payment in dropcatch account. There are no any domains in cart in dropcatch
But I cant log in my namebright account to manage my domains. I am very confused. Can you give me a hand ?
I reseted password severally but failure. I am sure my password and user are right. I can log in my dropcatch account
Please help me. Thank you

I can log in to dropcatch account, but I cant log in namebright account with the same password and user name.

I suggest you work with NameBright/DropCatch as we cannot help you. They can. Didn’t even know you were allowed to have multiple accounts.

this is 4 days, they cant fix their problems. My domains still are in my account, I cant do everything, I need a US person to call namebright for help.
