Dropcatch Discount Club? - how to use?

So I went to backorder a name at Dropcatch today and it shows $59 as the price. However, I want to order using their Dropcatch discount club (where I can name my own price). https://www.dropcatch.com/hiw/discount-club

I don't see an option to do that however. It only shows the $59 price. Where do I go to place the discount club name your price amount?
