Drop winners

I have been looking at who has been winning the drops in my little niche. Thought others might be interested. It is always hard to know which service is hot.
Please note I am not going after any big traffic or dictionary names, so some of the big guys (pool/rebel) don't show up. Not a great sample of the drop (only about 2%)
Also every service has affilates so it is impossible to know the true numbers. It is just a bit of fun looking at the numbers.

Drop date 25 October 2003
directnic 18%
enom 10%
bluerazor 4%
godaddy 3%
dotster 4%
centralregistry 5%

And a new godaddy record. I used Namewinner and they beat me. Give some hope to all those people with godaddy credits.

Can you qualify those listed above ... for instance:
Dotster = NameWinner's Auction service.
GoDaddy = GoDaddy's Back Order service.
DirectNic = ?!?
CentralRegistry = ?!?
etc.

DirectNic and CentralRegistry came up in whois info as whois.directnic.com and whois.centralregistry

Directnic = could be sudo merchants with a snap script or their members picking up deleted names, they sorta have a service to service recent deleted names. Don't know if they have a backorder service.

I think centralregistry is BuyDomains
