About right. Perhaps not 17.5 grand any longer but less than 9 or 10 wasn't enough.

I deleted perfectly good dot nets by today's standards. All the rules ever written for domains went the opposite. Dot nets good bad good bad good.

It was purchased by the terminal,
    Now it's bought by investors,
    So the price is different

Wow.. I cannot believe that someone disagreed with me that the buyer got a good price!

Go ahead and pay more for it if you like...

The industry is just beginning to find its wings, in mostly rural areas. And Covid is accelerating use. The next 6 years will be better than the last 6 years - as 2014-to-2020 is too short a hold time, for drones.

Also, when drones do get their wings Drones.net will be worth a bit more than the 2014 sales price... as DRONE NETS will be in-demand, beyond the current Drone enclosure and racing market -where nets line the course, and the Drone Net Guns -that catch drones. In short, nets will be going-up everywhere.

This sums up the position of .net nowdays. For long time .net was strongest extension after .com , now the following extensions are better than .net:
    .org
    .io
    .co
