IMO (In My Opinion)

Just think, if you ever develop it what would be your idea of developing this domain in to.....

Just get the potential possibility then do the other researches before you buy, moreover .me extension is not as popular as any.

Personally I feel this is to long for a .cc if you have any plans to sell it on the market (strong one words are struggling to sell for any decent price) most people outside domaining have actually got any idea of .cc (none of my friends or associates have heard of it) If your looking for a end user
If you bought to sell I think you will struggle to get a any reasonable price on it. However if you bought to develop then it could work. A google maps api put up on it (with a text file/xml output of the route for sat nav) could be a useful utility.
